My next vacation

I just want you to come my vacation! I am really tired at this time of year...
I think to spend my vacation in my city, Talca but  I also think out of this city to other cities. Maybe I will travel again to the south of chile because it's really beautiful.

I think also meet my friends, because I never see them. Whenever I have to be here in Santiago and seldom I see them when I travel to Talca.

Other thing that I do is work on my practice studies. I work on it during my vacation because during the academic year it becomes very difficult. the time is not enough!

What I like to do is is enjoy my family, going to the beach, the mountains, going to parties with friends and photographing every moment. I love photography and I think I'll have a large album of photographs at the end of my vacation.

I need to visit natural places. the city has me a little tired and just want to sleep next to the trees or in the middle of the beach sand. My little brother and my best friend too excited with these places. Certainly I have a big company with them. For while I finish in the best way the remaining school days. re becoming less!

New story of the week

A box of photographic negatives was found, inside a ice blok in the Antartica. This photographics have a century old and they show the record of a expedition that was left stranded, after that the ship was les lost at sea after a snowstorm.

This new was informed yesterday by "Pijama Surf". The photographs are now a record of the change the landscape has suffered 100 years ago to date.

100-year-old-negatives-discovered-in-antarctica-6

The expedition took place between 1914 and 1917 and the group of nine explorers finally was rescued although three men were lost during the snowstorm.

This discovery will help us to be aware of  the damage we are doing to nature. This is a call to care for our planet and not continue polluting.

Knows this news is important for the world because we are who have to change our actions  to stop polluting our only home: planet earth. Hundred years ago the planet used to be better. True, we can not go back but we can help not follow.

Laguna Cejar- San Pedro de Atacama

This photo was taken in 2014 by a friend in San Pedro de Atacama, when we took a trip to northern Chile.

I appear in this photograph floating on the Laguna Cejar. In this lagoon you can swim  though you don´t know how to do it, because the water has a high concentration of minerals and salts that make anything from sinking!

What I liked most about the trip, is that this was a place to relax really with friends and we was also a good opportunity to be surprised by the phenomena of nature and physics.

I remember that in this photograph I was calm. I could not relax because I can not swim, so at first I was afraid of drowning. I could not believe I was floating. My friend took me photography, after laughing a lot of my great fear of water.

Both enjoyed the lagoon. The only problem was when we dry, because we were full of salt in our bodies, clothes and hair. My hair was really stiff!

It was a very pleasant journey, full of surprise and laughter and of course relaxing.

Music

The music has been with me since ever. Casually most of my friends are musicians today and I'm surrounded by music. I like it because I feel that it defines different stages of my life. When I listen to a group, I can usually link it to memories of space and time.
Sometimes when I listen to the Prisoners, Soda Stero or Debbie Gibson, Michael Jackson and Boy George, I see immediately in my mind my young parents taking care of me as a child.

When I was between 12 and 16 I remember listening to Paramore too. Now I think, that maybe I was a little crazy with this alternative rock band, because it takes almost all my memories at this stage of my life. My mom, my cousins and my friends used to listen to Paramore, then spoke and listened to the band much.
When I grew even more, I forgot my crazy fascination with Paramore.

A very beautiful stage of my life is related to the music of Regina Spektor. A calmer style that includes piano, an instrument that also I learned to play. During that time I fell in love and just saw the world in colors and Regina Spektor in between.

Today, my passion for alternative music is present again. Muse, Thirty Seconds to Mars and Panic at the Disco are in my playlist. I also listened to chilean music as Tunacola, Manuel Garcia, Mon Laferte, Mecanico or Violeta Parra, because I think that Chilean artists are great players here and around the world.

I love my music

My favourite piece of technology is my Mp3 player.

This is the best accessory to play the music that I  same choose.

I had for the first time this piece when I was 13 year old. But as the technological accessories not last long today, my first Mp3 player died, two year later...so I have been acquiring others over time.

I use this every time I leave my house for some destination. I  listen to my own music when I am on my way.

I like my music player because my ways are more entertaining.

My life without this accessory not be the same. Music helps me do my shorter trips. Also I love music and it makes me happy. And I will be happy until my Mp3 is not damaged again.

Who I am?

Claria is my nickname. Actually my name is Claudia but I do not like being called that. I am studying journalism and while studying I realized that I really like cooking. The career of journalism I like but I think I like much cooking. I plan to study some cooking when I get out of university and want to establish a restorant or coffee as a business.

I also want to write books. I love art. Painting and music are also my passion. When I have my restorant or my coffee I think decorating the walls with my own paintings and have live music.

I was born in Talca and my whole family lives there. Although I'm used being in Santiago, i miss my two brothers and my mom, especially at meal time, I do not like sitting down to eat alone, I can not comment to anyone about the food or anything, and then I have to wash the dishes alone, but anyway, I enjoy my own company, it gives me time to take care of my studies and be quiet at all times because my brothers are a bit unruly.

I also enjoy nature and landscapes, It is necessary for me to get away from the city occasionally to achieve high peace.
